This Privacy Policy explains how The Standard: Athletics LLC (“The Standard Athletics,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit thestandard-athletics.com or buy or download our products.

Information we collect

  • Purchases and free downloads. Our products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. When you buy or download a product, Gumroad collects your name, email address and payment details and shares your name and email with us. We never see or store your full payment card number. Gumroad’s own privacy policy covers how it handles your information.
  • Emails. If you download a product or sign up for updates, we may send you emails about the mental game, training tips and our products. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
  • Website and advertising data. We may use basic website analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads. These tools may use cookies to collect information such as pages visited, the device and browser used, and approximate location. They do not give us your name.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

How we use information

We use information to deliver products, respond to questions, send emails you can opt out of, improve our products and website, and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the services that help us run the business, such as Gumroad (sales and delivery), email tools and Meta (advertising measurement), or when required by law.

Children’s privacy

Our website and products are intended for parents, coaches and athletes ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
